GENERAL View troubleshooting for: Airseps | Fuelseps
Problem
Probable Cause
Suggested Solution
No indicator lights after system power is turned on
Power Interruption
Check circuit breaker on AlgaeSep´┐Ż

Check power source
Pump vibrates and is noisy
Air is in system
This is normal until pump primes itself, and eliminates air in system
Algae and contaminants are still showing up in the sight glass, even after several weeks of using the Algaesep«
Widespread algae in Fuel
Your fuel tank is contaminated with live fungi and bacteria.

Treat your tank with diesel fuel biocide.

After treatment, process fuel with AlgaeSep« to purify fuel and remove dead microrganisims.
I don't see the unit processing fuel through my lines
Air is in the system
The unit may be pulling air due to loose fittings or cracked fuel lines.
